The Cellar is a new American eatery & wine bar with microbrews on tap, outdoor dining & onsite cheese shop located in San Clemente, Orange County.

The unique space is the result of Green Design. Old French oak barrels line the face of the bar, their recycled wine coolers are refaced with century old barn wood. Large hand crafted meeting tables, salvaged window frames from Cooper Union Science building in New York City and recycled wine bottles are just some of the unique pieces used through out the space.

The Cellar needed a packaging design to promote, protect and prolong their fair trade chocolate chip cookies.

Packaging is a major deal maker, or breaker, in consumer purchase decisions. It should be considered as an investment in product desirability, as well as an opportunity to secure a place in the hearts and minds of consumers.
