An international property company dedicated to serving the needs of retail real estate investors, and an international company which operates in various sectors such as infrastructure, energy, building and construction, are developing a new Shopping District in one of the most important economic and industrial districts in Central Europe.

The design is contemporary and innovative, with malls filled with natural light and lounge areas where people can meet, enjoy and relax, alongside a wide and exclusive range of shop units, an important restaurant area, supermarket and services as well as entertainment activities, offering to future guests interesting, pleasant and experiential moments of shopping and leisure time.

The architecture and environmental graphic design honor the cultural location and setting of the Shopping District by making sure that the design captures the spirit of the region, thus creating experiences that connect people to place.
